Sausage Mixed Rice #uniquericerecipe
Quick fix, less boring!
Steps

Cut onions into slices and sausages into equal pieces of 3 per sausage. Lightly fry the sausage so they don’t get mashed up.

Fry tomatoes, when mashed up add tomato paste and ginger/garlic paste.

Now add dry spices, mix. Then add the vanilla yoghurt. Cover and let it simmer to thickness.

Add sausages and some lemon juice and salt. Only taste for salt when you mix the sausages. As they come already with processed salts.

Fry Onions separately.

Divide rice portions into two. Add onions, pour in the sausage gravy. Add back the other rice portion.

When covered, dilute food colour and saffron then pour over rice

When ready, mix and serve! Enjoy!
