Steps

Take a mixture jaar, add methi leaves, ginger, chilli, salt and grind it and mix it in flour and make the dough, then make a roti in tava

For net- Take a bowl, add besan, rice flour, salt,red chilli and methi leaves paste

Add some water and make thik paste, pour it in mould, grease the nonstick pan and make net in slow flame, after 2 minutes turn it,

Plating- take a plate, spread the grated paneer in roti and sprinkle chat masala, cover it from besan net and serve with masala curd and salad
