1 tbspchilli powder
1/4 tspgarlic powder
1/4 tsponion powder
1/4 tspcrushed red pepper (or to taste)
1/4 tspOregano
1/2 tspsea salt
1 tspblack pepper
1 1/2 tspcumin
1 tbspcornstarch
1 tspbeef or chicken bouillon (or add 1 cube to simmer)

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Use approximately 3 tbsp per pound of meat (more or less to taste)

After browning meat, add seasoning and 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup water to pan. Simmer until liquid is thickened.
