Ingredients

  • 1 tbspchilli powder
  • 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/4 tsponion powder
  • 1/4 tspcrushed red pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tspOregano
  • 1/2 tspsea salt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 1/2 tspcumin
  • 1 tbspcornstarch
  • 1 tspbeef or chicken bouillon (or add 1 cube to simmer)

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Use approximately 3 tbsp per pound of meat (more or less to taste)

  2. 2

    After browning meat, add seasoning and 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup water to pan. Simmer until liquid is thickened.
