  • Tilapia fish
  • cubesseasoning
  • Pinchsalt
  • Grated onions
  • Grated scotch bonnet
  • Dark soy sauce
  • Ginger_garlic paste
  • Little amount of oil
  • Black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash fish thoroughly and give it a cut just like in the picture

    Mix all the ingredients mentioned above together and marinade the fish with. Let it sit for an hour

    Arrange on a baking tray and grill for 10_15mins.garnish with some sliced cucumbers and lemon
