Ingredients

  1. 1 stalktamarind, washed and pressed
  2. 2 cupssugar
  3. Ground Cardamom
  4. Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Press tamarind stalk in clean water, separate using a sieve in a clean blender. Dilute using the water.

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients and blend.

  3. 3

    Freeze and serve cold. Enjoy!
