Steps

Take a bowl & mashed the boiled potatoes.

Add spinach & peas paste into mashed potatoes and mix it.

Now put ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, chopped green chilli here.

And also mix bread crum here.

Now shaped this mixture into kabab form and put kaju at center.

Now shallow fry it in the pan.
- 7
Serve with green coriander chutney sauce and onion salad.
