Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 4Eggs
  2. 250 gUnsalted Butter
  3. 2 cupsWheat flour
  4. 1tspn of Baking powder
  5. 1 3/4 cupsSugar
  6. 1 handfulChocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine Sugar with Butter until fluffy and lemonade texture in a mixer

    Add the Eggs one by one and continue mixing

    Add the Baking powder plus the Flour simultaneously and keep mixing, once its well combined, pour the batter in a greased tin and sprinkle choco chips ontop

    Bake for 60 mins on 160 degrees celsius

    Let cool before turning and laters, slice into cubes and serve.
