First heat the oil in pan add cumin seeds, hing,mustard seeds,whole garam masala,ginger garlic paste and onion

Saute well till onion turn brown

Add tomato cook for a minute add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,Salt,coriander powder mix well add 1 cup water

Add all urad dal,moong dal,arhar dal,chana dal,masoor dal mix well,Cook for 3-4 minutes

Turn off the flame add coriander leaves and lemon juice
- 6
Panchmel dal ready to served with naan roti
