Super easy to make and can be easily modified to make a kheer by adding more milk.

In a sauce pan take the chopped seedless ber and add 1 cup of water and simmer till tender(about 15-20 min)

In another add add the samak rice,milk,cinnamon and bring to a boil;then simmer cook for 10 min.

Add the tenderised ber to the above and mix well.cook on sim for another 10 min till rice is easily crushable.At this point u can add more milk for a kheer like dish or leave it like a halwa.

Allow it to cool.Add the jaggery powder as per taste and mix well

Garnish with chopped almonds and serve hot or cold!
