    Peel and grate the water yam

    Bleach the red oil a little. Add onions, fresh peper and fry a little. Add water crayfish, fish, maggi, salt. Saint leaf and everywhere ingredient including water

    Then start balling the water yam into the boiling sauce. Then cover for some minutes before turning. Taste for salt and serve.
