Firstly take a bowl add wheat flour,salt, required water and make a dough. And leave rest for 15 to 20 minutes.

Soak soya granual in hot water for half an hour. after that squeeze water properly in soya granual.

Now heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds when it crackle add onion, and sauthe it for a min. Then add green chilli, boiled peas and carrot and mix well.

Now add all dry masala except garam masala and mix well Now add soya granual and Paneer mix well and cook for 5 min.

Now sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves. Soya stuffing is ready.

Now take a ball size dough and roll it 2 equal size chapaties.

Take one chapati put mixture on middle and on corner.Cover it with another chapati and seal the corner with water.

Now give equal size cut on chapati.

Turn the cuts like flower leaves and sprinkle blackpapper on middle of the chapaties.

Spread little bit butter over it and Bake the sunflower paratha for 10 min.

After 10min take out the paratha on plate and serve it.
