Makki ki dhokli (healthy)

Take maize flour into a bowl add chopped fenugreek leaves, onion, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger and all dry spices, salt mix it all together well.

Now add curd mix it well, make a soft dough using lukewarm water.

Apply some oil to your palms and make medium size round shape dhokla and make hole in the center.

Grease a steamer plate and put dhokla place the dhokla plate into a steamer and cover it and cook for 15-20minutes.

Take a tadka pan heat ghee or oil add sesame seeds and dry chilli. let it splutter. now immediately pour these tadka on the dhoklas serve hot any chutney and dal.
