Ingredients

  • 4 slicessandwich bread
  • 2eggs
  • 1/3 cupmilk (about 80 ml)
  • 1 tablespoonbrown sugar
  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • 1small pat of butter for the waffle iron

Steps

    Whisk together the eggs, sugar, and milk.

    Dip the slices of sandwich bread well in the mixture, then place them in the waffle iron.
