Wash beaf, put in pot add curry,thyme, onions and seasoning,add a little water and allow to cook

Peel and wash Irish potatoes and to cooked beaf allow to cook for 10min

Add carrots, cabbage and green beans, pepper, tatase and coconut oil and allow to steam and serve it hot
