Take a pan,put in boiled water.

After that put in carrot.

Now take another bowl and put curd.

After 5 min when carrot looks soft take out from water and soak it.

After that put carrot into curd bowl and mix well and then mix green chillies.

After that put in salt,garam masala,cumin powder,black pepper powder,red chilli powder and mix well.

Now decorate with mint leaves and serve it.

It is so yummy and healthy also.
