Shengdana(peanut) barfi
Steps

Roast,peel and grind peanuts in coarse powder

Prepare sugar syrup. Take water and sugar in a kadhai. Cook till sugar dissolves.

Add crushed peanuts and cook for sometime.

Remove from gas as soon as the Barfi leaves the side.
- 5
Take it out in a greased plate and let it cool down.
- 6
Cut in desired shape and serve. It has a shelf life of 4-5days. You can even add cardamom powder to add more flavor
