Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • 50 gmsmakhana
  • 3 tbspsugar(I used brown sugar)
  • Few drops of clarified butter or desi ghee

Steps

  1. 1

    First we will make caramel from sugar

  2. 2

    Put sugar in non stick pan on high flame.when sugar will melt fully add few drops of clarified butter

  3. 3

    Now switch off flame and add makhana and continuously stir until caramel coats on makhana.

  4. 4

    Delicious and healthy caramel makhana is ready.
