Mix maida and wheat flour.Sprinkle salt,pinch of sugar,1 tbsp oil or ghee,ajwain and chopped methi leaves.

Knead into a dough and make balls out of it.Set aside for sometime.Roll out into a circle and then smear little oil and fold into triangles.

Heat a nonstick frying pan.Place paratha and fry with little oil both sides.Serve with any curry crispy and layered methi paratha.
