Take a bowl add kuttu flour, coriander leaves, black salt, black pepper and required water mix well and make a dough.

Now take a wok and rost peanuts, almond, and cashew nuts. After that put all in mixcer jaar and grind it.

Now trasfer grind roasted nuts mixture in a bowl and mix with boiled potatoes, grated paneer.and add black salt, black pepper mix well. Stuffing is ready.

Now make small balls of the dough. Take one ball,press it with hands and make a dent into it. Fill it with 1 tbsp stuffing and fold from the edges. Increase. The size of kachori by pressing it with hands.

Take a deep pan heat oil and put kachori into the pan and fry them till turn brown in colour.

Take them out in a plate and serve with dates chunti.
