  1. 7nos Potatoes (boiled)
  2. 1/4 cupPeanut Powder (roasted)
  3. 1 tspSeasme Seeds
  4. 1 tspRed Chilli Powder
  5. 1 tspCumin Powder (roasted)
  6. 2-3 tspGreen Coriander
  7. 1 tbspLemon Juice
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. as neededOil to fry

    Take potatoes in a bowl and mashed it. Now add all species. Make a dough.

    Now make a log from dough, and insert the skewers in it.

    Heat a pan, apply oil and put these kabab on it.

    Cook it from all sides till crispy golden brown. Make all like this and serve with chutney.
