Heat the oil in a large frying pan on a high heat, then brown the mince in batches transferring to the Instant Pot once brown (I leave the pot turned off until everything is added).

Fry the onions until slightly browned and add to the pot afterwards.

Chop up both chillies and add to the Instant Pot.

Stir in the oregano, cumin, chilli powder and crushed garlic.

Add the coffee and a generous pinch of salt and set the Instant Pot for 25 minutes on the Meat | Stew setting

Once the cycle has completed, allow a natural release for 10-20 minutes and then switch to the simmer setting, add the beans and cook-off some of the liquid and thicken up the chilli.

If possible, leave overnight and reheat to serve.
