Ingredients

  1. For the salad
  2. 1/4 cupgreen moong sprouts
  3. 8-10cherry tomatoes, halved
  4. 1/2apple, chopped
  5. 1/2pear, chopped
  6. 1/2cucumber, chopped
  7. 1/2carrot, chopped
  8. 1/4 cuppomegranate seeds
  9. For the dressing
  10. 1/3 cupfresh orange juice
  11. 1/2 tbsphoney
  12. 2 tbspvinegar
  13. 1/2 tbspolive oil
  14. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  15. 1 tsporange zest
  16. 10-12mint leaves, chopped
  17. to tasteSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    For the salad dressing, just add dressing ingredients to a bowl and whisk vigorously and set aside

  2. 2

    In a big salad bowl, add sprouts, carrots, pomegranate seeds, apple, pear, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and toss well.

    Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.

  4. 4

    Garnish with few mint leaves and serve chilled.
    Voila....... Enjoy!!.
