Heat the oil.Add cumin seeds. When the cumin seeds starts to crackle. Add garlic,onion and capsicum, tomato, some coriander leaves and saute them for 1-2 minutes.

Add all dried masalas. Stir well and cook for a min.Now,add the crumbled paneer,methi and mix well and cook for a minute. Add coriander leaves.

Turnoff the flame and transfer the paneer bhurji in a serving plate or bowl.
