This drink contains basil (tulsi) , which is very good to have during brat/upvas . Basil works great for abdominal health.
Steps

First grind sugar and curd in a mixi till smooth consistency. Pour in a big bowl.

In a separate bowl mash sabudana little. Add mashed paneer and ripe banana in it. Mix nicely. Put this in curd mixture.put crushed ice cubes also.

Add cardamom powder, finely chopped dry fruits, coconut and tulsi leaves. Mix everything nicely. If the mixture is too thick u can add little water.

Garnish with tutti fruity, dry fruits and Coconut. Serve cold.
