Ingredients

  • 2 cupsmaida
  • 1 cupsuji
  • 100 gmsghee
  • Pinchcardamom powder
  • Forsugar syrup:
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl sugar and water mix it and dissolve it completely.Make thick sugar syrup.

  2. 2

    Add rava and maida and ghee and make hard dough and keep it for rest for half an hour.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and fry all paree.

  4. 4

    Put it on sugar syrup.

  5. 5

    Take out and serve it.
