Ingredients

  • Local white Rice(shinkafa tuwo)
  • Water
  • For the soup: check ogbono soup recipe on previous post

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak rice in warm water for 30 min

    Boil water in a pot add rice and allow to cook until it's soft

    Use turning stick to stir, mixing it very well cover and allow for 5min

    Mix again and serve with any soup of your choice
