Steps

Parboil rice and rinse.fry tomato paste in vegetable oil add salt,curry,water,onion and knorr cubes.
2

Stir and boil it then pour in parboiled rice stir and add ginger powder set untill is boiled.
3

Slice the plantain then fry in vegetable oil serve with rice and fried turkey
