Ingredients

  1. 1 kgchicken giblets
  2. Natural yoghurt
  3. Chicken Spice
  4. Turmeric
  5. Lime Juice
  6. Salt
  7. Chilli powder (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend all ingredients apart from the chicken giblets.

    Toss the giblets in the blended mixture and let them settle for atleast an hour.

    In a big skillet, line cooking oil and the giblets on high heat. Turn both sides till done.

    Ready!
