Pressure cook Dal and rajma till cooked properly. Add red chilli powder, haldi powder and salt in it. (cook for atleast 30 min and grind everything)

In a deep pan add oil, bay leaf, black cardamoms, garlic paste, onion paste and tomato puree. Cook till oil separates.

Add the Dal. Then add salt and amul cream. Simmer it for another 10 minutes till everything thickens. Lastly add kasuri Methi.

For tempering: Take a tadka pan, put some desi ghee in it, add whole red chillies, finely chopped onions(caramelized), red chilli powder and add to Dal. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve with roti, rice or naan.
