Ingredients

  • 3-4apple
  • 1 cupwater chestnut flour
  • 2 tbsp sago flour
  • 2 tbsp sama rice flour
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • rock salt as per test
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly peel the apple And cut into cubes.Keep aside.

    Take a bowl add all flour, black pepper powder, salt and mix it well. Add water and prepare batter with medium consistency.

    Heat the oil on medium heat. Dip apple cubes into the batter from all sides. And fry it until the pakodas get nice golden colour. Once done remove from oil, take it out a tissue paper.

    Now apple pakodas are ready to serve.
