    Perboil rice

    Add vegetable oil in a pot

  3. 3

    Add chopped onions and blended pepper and fry

  4. 4

    Add water, seasoning and dry catfish allow to boil

  5. 5

    Add perboil rice and cook

  6. 6

    Add carrots

  7. 7

    Serve with steamed spinach
