  2. 150 ggram flour
  3. 7.5 gturmeric
  4. 7.5 ggaram masala
  5. 10 gsalt
  6. 8 clovesgarlic
  7. 2 bunchdhania
  8. C/oil

    Boil potatoes for 20mins

  2. 2

    Let them cool

  3. 3

    Mix the dry ingredients then add water to make a thick paste

    Chop the dhania and crush garlic add into the paste

    Cut the potatoes into small pieces

    Add the cut potatoes in the paste and let them coat well

    Deep fry in hot oil

    When they turn golden brown remove from oil and place on a serviet to drain excess oil
