Ingredients: 4 bread slices; 2 tbsp garlic and herbs butter; 1/2 kg boneless chicken; 1 cup curd; 1 pinch sugar; 1 tbsp salt; 2 tsp vinegar; 4 tbsp tomato sauce; 1 tsp red chilli sauce; 1 tsp jeera powder; 1 tsp dark soya sauce; 1 tbsp garlic powder; 1/2 cup mayonise; 1 onion chopped; 1 capsicum red yellow orange chopped; 1 tsp green garlic chilli sauce; 1 sliced pack cheese; 1/2 cup oil

Ingredients

4bread slices
2 tbspgarlic and herbs butter
1/2 kgboneless chicken
1 cupcurd
1 pinchsugar
1 tbspsalt
2 tspvinegar
4 tbsptomato sauce
1 tspred chilli sauce
1 tspjeera powder
1 tspdark soya sauce
1 tbspgarlic powder
1/2 cupmayonise
1onion chopped
1capsicum red yellow orange chopped
1 tsp green garlic chilli sauce
1sliced pack cheese
1/2 cup oil

Steps

First wash chkn properly and marinate it with curd, Lal mirch powder,sugar,pinch colour garlic jeera powder.then pour in a kadai with oil in it and cook for 5 mins till it's water becomes sticky..

Till then cut onion capsicum in a same size.

Add in a pan after cooking chkn leave for around 2 mins add sauces after that

Then add mayonise also after tht it looks like this and cook jst for a minute and it's ready..

It can be eaten with these garlic breads also jst oven it for 2 minutes and sprinkle some cheese on it like this

And we can do this on normal bread slices apply garlic butter on one side add stuffing of chkn.then add so cheese grated on it and apply mayonise then again put sauce and then cover with another bread and then put on grill...it looks like this
