Roast makhane in 1 tbsp ghee

Boil milk in kadhahi till half consistency

Add roasted crushed makhane and cook for few more minutes

Stir occasionally,add sugar, saffron strands, cardamom powder

When milk remains 1/4 of it's consistency add grated paneer and all dry fruits

Mix well, remove in a bowl,add chopped nuts more,serve hot
