Steps

Take 2 bhejas and wash it properly

Boil the water and put the bheja in it and boil it just fir 2 mints until it become soft.

Now make tadka by taking mustarb oil... and burn it properly... and low down the flame and let it calm.

As it settle calm..put half tbsp. Cumin and let it roasted.. then add garlic ginger and chilli paste and fry it...as it starting smell nice put the onion paste and fry it on medium flame and keep stiring. And add all spices

As it starting leave oil take curd in one bowl and mix the gram flour.. and put it in the pan.. now mix it..and keep stiring and keep frying..

Now after 5 to 7 mints frying put the blended tomatoes in it and let it again cook until it release oil.. now your tadka is ready..

Now chop that boiled bheja... and add it in kadhai and mix it properly now cook it on medium flame...after 5 mints cooking check it that it is cooked or not...if not add some water add cover the lid and cook it on low flame.. and check after 5 mints..bheja fry is ready ti serve
