  2. Salt
  3. 1medium size onion
  4. Cooking oil
  5. Water

  1. 1

    Peel the cassava in water in a badin

    Wash the cassava and cut them into halves

    Boil the cassava for around 25minutes add salt to it

  4. 4

    Chop the onion and in cooking oil fry them,add the cassava from separate dish to the onions and oil and fry them shallowly

    Serve with hot tea.
