Mix your water and clean blueberries.(mine is a triple batch..on the sufuria)

Let the water come to a boil.

Add sugar and essence then stir until completely dissolved.let boil for about 10minutes until the berries appear smuldged and water reduced by 3/4 then add your dissolved corn flour(For thickness) and stir until boiled.let it boil for further 2minutes

Remove from heat and let the syrup cool

Use to fill your vanilla,blueberry cake and other chocolate flavoured cakes..can also be used to decorate cakes as a beautiful glaze
