I was craving samosa. And i had tortilla so i cooked up these delicious and easy snack. I took a potato from the potato pottage i made earlier and smashed it. Then added it to my spicy meat filling.

Flour Tortilla
Samosa Meat filling
Potatoes cooked and mashed
Cheese
Optional
Oil for frying
Flour and water
As glueing agent

Steps

Divide tortilla into four triangles.

Mix flour and water to thick consistency.

Using your finger, rub flour mixture to all edges of the tortilla. Add mince meat cheese and potato. Fold and press the edges together.

Fry until golden brown.
