Steps

Heat Oil, add cumin seeds and saute till they crackle. Add Chopped onions till they turn translucent and add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes away.

Add tomato puree and mix all powder masala except Garam masala and cook for 5 mins.

Add Potatoes and Green peas, mix well and cook well for 10 mins in medium flame, now add water and cover with lid in low flame till potatoes and peas soften enough and are cooked nicely.

Now add Garam Masala and fenugreek leaves, mix well and cook for few more minutes, finally garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with Parathas and Pickle.
