Ingredients

4 people
  • 2medium onions
  • 4ripe tomatoes
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 2chicken cubes
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 1 tspcurry powder
  • 1 tspmixed herbs
  • 500 gmsBoneless chicken

Steps

  1. 1

    Saute chicken in salt and pepper and a little bit of oil

  2. 2

    Add onions and stir fry till golden

  3. 3

    Add 4 crushed tomatoes to the golden onions, add spices and let simmer for 15 minutes.

    Serve while hot and add chilli to taste (optional)
