Ingredients

  1. ForSabudana vada::
  2. 1 cupsabudana soaked
  3. 2medium sized boiled potato
  4. 1 tspgreen chilli pieces
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspgrated ginger
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  10. Formakahani kheer:
  11. 1 cupphool makhani
  12. 1/2 ltrmilk
  13. 1 cupsugar
  14. 1/2 tspCardamon powder
  15. 1/2 tapsaffron strands
  16. 2 tspkaju
  17. ForLuki Ka daal
  18. 1 cupChopped lauki
  19. 1 cupsoaked boiled tuvar dal
  20. 1 cupchopped tomato
  21. 1/2 tspSalt
  22. 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  23. Pinchasafoetida
  24. 3 tspOil
  25. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  26. 1/2 tspMustard seeds
  27. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  28. 1/2 cup coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl put soaked sabudana,mashed potato,chilli,ginger,salt,cumin seeds, coriander mix well make vadas.

  2. 2

    Heat a kadhai,pour oil for deep fry mean while take dough make vada shape leave into oil fry both sides once it's get golden colour take out

  3. 3

    Heat a kadhai pour milk keep boil once milk getting bubbling add phool makhana keep it to boil for 15 mins it should be soft.

  4. 4

    Then add sugar,kaju,saffron strands keep boil once kheer is becomes thick transfer to a bowl

  5. 5

    Heat another kadhai pour oil put cumin,mustard seeds as tempering when it's splits add chilli, asafoetida,tomato,luki pieces on to kadhai

  6. 6

    Close lid as for softening luki pieces

  7. 7

    Once it's soften then add Cooked tuvar dal paste pour water as per consistency then add salt,chilli powder,coriander keep boil 2mins once dal texture as formed turn of serve into a bowl.
