Ingredients

  • 1 cupWheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 pinchSugar
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 small tomato Sliced
  • as neededFew Coriander leaves
  • As neededTomato Ketchup to spread
  • as neededOregano powder with Garlic and mix spices
  • to tasteCheese
  • to tasteGreen chillies optional
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a semi soft dough mixing baking powder,salt,sugar mixing in wheat flour add olive oil and rest for a while.

  2. 2

    Now after half an hour roll it like a thick chappati form and cook half on a tawa remove and put on a plate.

  3. 3

    Now spread the tomato ketchup and all add the toppings and spices according to taste..put it on tawa back and close a lid and cook till crisp and cheese melts on top Your healthy pizza is ready to devour
