We use sesame seeds in various food items. It is one of the best mouth freshners as well. Both white & black sesame seeds and sesame seed oil are quite frequently used in the Indian Cuisines. Here I have used black sesame seeds in rice dish.

Ingredients

10 minutes

2 servings

2 cupsteamed rice
1 tbspoil
1 tbspgreen garlic (finely chopped)
4green chillies (finely chopped)
2 tbspspring onion greens (finely chopped)
2 tbspblack sesame seeds (dry roasted)
2 tbsplemon juice
1 tbspsesame oil (optional)
to tasteSalt

10 minutes

Heat oil & saute green chillies & green garlic for 2-3 minutes. Now add spring onion greens & saute for 1-2 seconds.

Now add salt & rice, mix well with light hand. Turn off heat, add lemon juice, sesame seeds & sesame oil (optional)

Mix well& serve hot.
