Firstly grind pea,green chilli and ginger

Now heat oil in a pan add cumic seed,fennel seed and carom seed,now fry for one minute. Now add turmeric powder and fry for a minute. Now add gram flour and fry it at low flame for five minutes or till then it become golden brown and smelling good. Now add all remaining ingredients and fry it.left the pea into low flame for five minutes.

Now make a fine and soft dough

Now fill the pea mixture into a dough. show the picture below

Now deep fry the kachori in pan.
