In a pan heat oil & butter.Add red chilies, ginger garlic paste, whole spices. Saute for a min.Add cashew, onions, tomato. Mix well.cover &Cook for 10 min. Cool it & blend the mixture.

In a pan heat butter & add blended paste.Add harem masala,red chilli,kasuri methi, salt,cream. Cook for 10 min. Cut the panner.Add to gravy. Mix gently.

Paneer butter masala is ready to eat. Serve it with paratha or tandoori roti &with lots of love.
