  1. 70 gramscream cheese
  2. 50 gramsbutter
  3. 120 gramscake flour (shifted)
  4. 120 gramcondence milk
  5. 40 gramssugar
  6. 1 tbsplemon juice
  7. 1/2 tsplemon zest
  8. 2eggs
  9. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix cream cheese, butter and sugar with mixer for 10 minutes or until pale

  2. 2

    Add in condence milk, eggs and lemon juice. And mix well

  3. 3

    Add in flour, lemon zest and salt. Mix well

  4. 4

    Bake in the oven 180 degree for 30 minutes. Put a bowl of water at the lowest level of the oven.

I follow this recipe step by step, the result is hard thin cake.... why where did i go wrong? Is there really no baking powder in this recipe?
