Steps

Soak moong in water for 5-6 hours. Then remove It's excess water and make a paste adding green chilli, Curreyleaves garlic, and ginger.

Then make a medium batter (like dosa batter) adding salt in it.

Heat a Tava or pan and spread a thick layer of a batter,let it sit completely (on slow flame) then spred layer of tomato sauce on it. (Or you can use pizza sauce also.) spricle veggies on it. Add butter/oil on sides of pan if you want.

After 2-3 minutes, remove the lid and sprinkle grated cheese on it again cover it. And cook on low flame till cheese melts and base become crispy.

Now serve in plate, spricle mixed herbs and chilli flakes on it. Then cut pieces with pizza cutter and serve hot. Must try... Really delicious as well as healthy. Your kids going love it, for sure. 🙂
