  1. 1big handful spinach or kale
  2. 100 gfrozen raspberries
  3. 2 tablespoonsyogurt
  4. 1 teaspoonflaxseed
  5. 1 teaspoonhoney
  6. 20 gblueberries
  7. 250 mlwater

    First add in the leafy greens, raspberries and blueberries into your blender.

    Next, pour in the yogurt, honey and flaxseed.

    Then add your water.

    After that blend for 30 to 40 seconds.

    Finally pour into a glass and enjoy your smoothie.
