Ingredients

  • 1 lb.ground beef, chicken or turkey
  • 2large potatoes, diced
  • 1med. onion, chopped
  • 2carrots, sliced
  • 1small can of peas
  • 1small can of green beans
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.)can of cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 lb.grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 tsp.salt
  • Optional 1/2 tsp. old bay seasoning

    Brown ground meat and chopped onion. Drain.

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

  3. 3

    Cover. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4-5 hours.
