Ingredients

  1. 1 lb.ground beef, chicken or turkey
  2. 2large potatoes, diced
  3. 1med. onion, chopped
  4. 2carrots, sliced
  5. 1small can of peas
  6. 1small can of green beans
  7. 1 (10 1/2 oz.)can of cream of celery soup
  8. 1/2 lb.grated cheddar cheese
  9. 1/4 cupwater
  10. 1 tsp.salt
  11. Optional 1/2 tsp. old bay seasoning

    Brown ground meat and chopped onion. Drain.

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

  3. 3

    Cover. Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4-5 hours.
