Steps

Wash spinach properly and chop,cut tomatoes and onions in small pieces

Grate cottage cheese(keep aside will use later).

Heat oil in pan add cumin seed, bayleaf when splutter add onion saute till change colour.Now add tomatoes saute till it's soften.

Now add all masala (except garam masala,kitchen king masala and salt) mix well,saute for 2 minutes.

Now add spinach cook for five minutes keep stirring, add cottage cheese mix. Add garam masala, kitchen king masala and salt mix well.

Saute for 2 minutes and turn off flame.
